COURSE DESCRIPTION

In the digital world, User Experience (UX) experts play a key role in the development of a product or service. Such professionals are destined to become increasingly sought after by companies. Ergoproject Srl is the first Italian Recognized Training Provider of the International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board (UXQB®) which started in 2013 as an internationally recognized skills certification program for UX professionals. At the moment there are over 4500 UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience (CPUX) divided into the following certifications:

  • Foundation-level (CPUX-F)
  • Advanced-level User Requirements Engineering (CPUX-UR)
  • Advanced-level Usability Testing and Evaluation (CPUX-UT)

This course with Ergoproject takes place from 20th to 22nd November 2019. Participants of the course will learn the basic concepts and methods for the iterative improvement of usability and UX during the life cycle of a digital product. The skills acquired can be enhanced further with "UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience - Foundation Level (CPUX-F)" certification.

European Ergonomist (Eur.Erg.), Simon Mastrangelo has worked in the field of Ergonomics since 2006 (e.g. Human Performance, Human-Centred Design, Usability and User Experience) in highly technological sectors such as IT / web, automotive, rail, navy, designing techniques for assessing the interactivity of solutions through innovative tools such as Eye-Tracking and Remote Testing. Mastrangelo is a thought-leader in the field as a member of the GLU (Usability Working Group) of the Department of Public Administration and participating in the UXPA group (User Experience Professionals Association) which is responsible with the revision of ISO standards.
