For a change in organizational and managerial culture

Via Ugo Bassi 7

The meeting on Friday 31 January at the Net Service Digital Hub looks to build a new awareness about a very different organizational model compared to those prevailing so far. Participants will explore the model of positive organizations, learning how the transition from the classic paradigm of command - control to that in which people are placed at the center of the organization requires a profound change in the current organizational and managerial culture.

This change becomes possible only by putting people at the center of organizational interest, but it guarantees performances that go well beyond expectations.

The speakers of the event are Luca Gandolfi and Monica Paliaga.

The event is aimed at HR & Innovation managers, CEOs, entrepreneurs, consultants and professionals.
